Questions, answered
Quick answers to what Salisbury drivers ask us most. Can't see yours? Just give us a call.
Always. We inspect your car, give you a clear quote, and only carry out repairs once you've approved them. If we find anything extra during a service, we'll call you before going ahead.
A major service is a thorough scheduled service that typically covers engine oil and filters, a check and top-up of key fluids, a brake inspection and a detailed multi-point check of the vehicle. The exact items depend on your car and its service schedule — call us and we'll let you know what's involved for yours.
Under Australian Consumer Law, having your car serviced by a qualified independent workshop to the manufacturer's schedule, using suitable quality parts, should not on its own void your new-car warranty. We service to the logbook schedule and record the work in your logbook.
For servicing, diagnostics and repairs we recommend calling ahead on 0481 309 775 so we can fit you in. For a quick question or to drop the car off, you're welcome to come by — just give us a ring first if you can.
A warning light means the car has detected a fault, which can range from minor to serious. If a light comes on, it's best to have the car scanned soon. If a light is flashing or the car is running poorly or overheating, stop driving and call us. We can read the fault and explain what's going on.
We service and repair passenger cars, family cars, SUVs, utes, 4WDs and vans across all makes and models. Let us know your make, model and kilometres and we'll help.
We no longer sell or fit new tyres, or do wheel alignment and balancing. We can still repair punctures where it's safe to do so, and we always check your tyres' condition and tread as part of a service. If you need new tyres or an alignment, we're happy to point you to a good local specialist.
Yes — puncture repair is one tyre job we still do. We take the wheel off, find the cause, and repair it properly where it's safe. A puncture in the main tread area is usually repairable; damage to the sidewall or shoulder generally isn't, and we'll tell you straight if a safe repair isn't possible.
It's usually a quick job. Give us a call on 0481 309 775 first so we can fit you in, and you're welcome to drop by — if you're already booked in for a service we can sort it at the same time.
We're on Cross Keys Rd in Salisbury and look after drivers from right across Adelaide's northern suburbs, including Salisbury, Salisbury East, Para Hills, Parafield Gardens, Mawson Lakes, Pooraka, Modbury and beyond.
